    60-minute conversation with the discipline lead — mostly about your work.

  3. 03 · Paid trial

    Two weeks on a real project. We pay market rate. Both sides decide at the end.

  4. 04 · Offer

    If it's a fit, we move fast. Usually within 48 hours of the trial closing.
